2. Our Services and Age Restriction

Our website and services (including the 5-Day Challenge, 1:1 Coaching, Live Mastermind Events, and Community Membership) are intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly market to or collect data from persons under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact support@p50c.com.

3. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data: First name, last name
  • Contact data: Email address, phone number
  • Payment data: Billing details processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Transaction data: Details of products and services purchased.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data collected via analytics tools (see Section 7).
  • Marketing preferences: Your preferences for receiving marketing from us.
  • Communications: Any messages you send us via email or support channels.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. These include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g. authentication sessions). No consent required.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager): Help us understand how visitors use our site. Only activated with your consent.
  • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel): Used to measure advertising performance and, where applicable, to serve relevant adverts. Only activated with your consent.

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via our cookie banner or by adjusting your browser settings. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including for legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. In practice, we retain customer records indefinitely unless you request deletion (see Section 10). Where your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

We will only send you marketing emails where you have given us explicit consent, or where we have a legitimate interest as a prior customer. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@p50c.com. Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect service or transactional communications.

Some of our third-party processors are based outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, typically UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the ICO, to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store full card details on our servers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via a notice on our website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
