2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Project50Challenge UK.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our programmes are designed for men aged 21 and over. By purchasing or registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel access where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Our Products and Services

We offer the following products and services:

  • 5-Day Challenge: A live cohort-based programme running Monday to Friday. General Admission is £197 and VIP Experience is £297, both one-time payments. You receive instant access to materials upon purchase and live session access for the relevant cohort dates. Recorded sessions are available for a limited time after each live session.
  • 1:1 Coaching (12-Week Programme): A premium 12-week coaching programme at £2,997 (full) or three monthly payments of £1,099. Access begins after your free strategy call and payment confirmation. Your payment plan is set up before your first session and runs automatically throughout the 12 weeks.
  • Community Membership: A recurring monthly membership at £10/month, billed automatically each month. Access is granted immediately upon joining. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Live Events: Monthly in-person or virtual meetups. Pricing and registration are handled via the Luma platform. Specific event terms are presented at the point of registration.

5. Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, or per the agreed instalment schedule.
  • For instalment plans, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the agreed dates. Missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
  • All transactions are in GBP. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if applicable.
  • A receipt will be emailed to you upon successful payment.

6. Refunds and Guarantees

5-Day Challenge: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed all five days of the challenge and genuinely feel you did not get value from the programme. To request a refund, email support@p50c.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made without evidence of completion, or after 14 days, will not be accepted.

1:1 Coaching: Non-Refundable

Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of 1:1 coaching, all payments (including instalments) are non-refundable once the programme has commenced. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early termination by the client. We encourage you to attend your free strategy call to ensure the programme is the right fit before committing.

Community Membership: No Refunds

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Live Events: Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a live event, you may request a full refund provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event date by emailing support@p50c.com. Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events; in such cases, a full refund will be offered.

Consumer Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by accessing digital content (including recorded sessions, the members area, or any downloadable materials) prior to the 14-day cancellation period expiring, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel is waived in respect of that digital content, as permitted under regulation 37 of those Regulations.

7. Coaching: Additional Terms

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance via the booking system. At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session without forfeiture.
  • Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be carried over.
  • WhatsApp access provided as part of coaching is for coaching-related communication only and is available during reasonable hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm GMT). Response times may vary.
  • Results depend on your commitment and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship where a client acts in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, or contrary to these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Community: Membership Rules and Conduct

By joining the P50C Community, you agree to uphold the standards of the group. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespectful behaviour toward any member or staff.
